Today was a delicious adventure as we tried out a new food truck for the first time. We decided to go all out and ordered a variety of dishes: Super Nachos, Tacos de Maiz, Carne Asada, a Macho Burrito, a Quesadilla, and refreshing Horchata, all while taking advantage of their fantastic buy one, get one free deal.
The verdict? “It was delicious and flavorful!”—this praise came from my French husband, who is famously picky about Mexican cuisine. We both enjoy discovering spots that serve authentic, home-cooked flavors, and this food truck did not disappoint. Every bite was bursting with flavor, making it feel like we were eating at a friend’s home.
Conveniently located in a private parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available, we quickly picked up our order, which was ready and waiting for us. Overall, this hidden gem checked most of the boxes for a delightful dining experience—though the staff could be a bit more engaging.

The food was good, the burrito was large like I wanted it to be. I prefer a red sauce but that wasn't offered. I didn't think to request it in custonizing it though.
It came to the house so fast I don't think I could have had it tableside at the restaurant any faster!!

Carnitas / Pork - absolutely delicious! Nice kick from the fresh jalapeños. The Carnitas is soft and flavorful. The rice and beans are well seasoned and not dry! There are so many good options from this place.

Burrito California Tasty and substantial! I asked for no rice/beans, extra salsa and cilantro/onions. Directions were followed and food arrived hot. LOVE!!

The chicken chimichanga was basically vegan. 3 little nuggets of meat. The beef burrito was hard, and the cheese was gritty. Really was disappointing, especially since our power was out and we relied on this food for a meal.
