Tonight's budae jjigae was excellent, overflowing with tofu, meats, and kimchee. Pork chunks were large and tender. This is always a solid spot but they outdid themselves tonight.

Kalbi was super tasty and had the perfect amount of char -- excellent portion. Soondubu was also insanely flavorful and yummy with rice. it also holds well for lunch the next day. woke up feeling strong af. Kimbap was great. i reccomend getting it with bulgogi.

I paid $3 extra for beef in the japchae and got two tiny pieces of beef. And in the kimchi stew, I similarly got 2 small pieces of meat. Very disappointing

The Kimchi Stew was great as always. Flavorful and warming for this rainy weather. the Seollong Tang is a first: the broth needed a bit of salt to really bring out the flavor but was good. Tho the beef slices are rather rubbery... only reason for taking a star off
