The customer service quality from Taste of Shanghai is consistently top-notch! The lady at the service desk has been very attentive, polite and always serves customers with a big smile. The food is delicious and the service is superb. The special instructions/requests are always taken care of without any issue. The packaging is impeccable: vinegar and chilli containers are either wrapped in cling wrap carefully or put in a food container to prevent accidental spills. Many restaurants serve great food, but it is the attention to small details and the consistently impressive customer service that really makes Taste of Shanghai stands out. Thank you!
