All of it is bomb. Got Mapo Tofu, Eggplant w.Hot Garlic Sauce, Golden Salted Egg Chicken and hot and Hot & Sour Soup. Blew our go to Chinese restaurants out of the water. Absolutely delicious.

YT ALERT! YT ALERT! If a dish on this menu says "spicy", it is REALLY SPICY.
Let's not be ignorant here: Szechuan is a hot and spicy cuisine. If you're ordering non-Americanized dishes, they will cook you non-Americanized food. That's awesome but be forewarned, ordering a spicy dish here is like ordering "Hot hot, not white people hot" at a Thai or Indian place.
That said, we got Pickled Pepper Three Ingredients, which was an ungodly hot vegetable dish with bamboo shoots, lotus root, and huge pieces of fresh hot serranos or jalapenos. Really high quality for a Chinese vegetable dish (which are usually kinda boring, if not just steamed greens).
The other three things were kinda similar in texture. Compared to the vegetables, the Cumin Lamb and Mongolian Delicacies were medium-too-spicy. The Shredded Pork Dry Pot was mildly-too-spicy, with crazy good battered lotus roots and root vegetables of some kind. That was my favorite dish, although still too hot for my partner.

The braised pork belly with preserved mustard greens was not as expected, as there were no preserved mustard greens; they were replaced with bok choy, which was disappointing. The smacked cucumber salad was only okay. Utensils were not provided.

Fresh, hot and great portions! Food was incredibly flavorful without being over-salted. This is my new favorite go to Chinese restaurant in Portland!

This is the hot & sour soup I've been looking for ever since the Szechuan restaurant near me shut down years ago. It's like manna from heaven! Crab puffs are good too, but that soup! Mmmm, yum!!
