Not authentic. Too much soy sauce in the F. Pan Fried Beef Noodle. And the noodles have been cooked too soft, not chewy. Taste is ok.

The silky Tofu Scallion was smooth and delicious! And we enjoyed the golden 9. Fish Ball & Fujianese Pork Wonton Noodle Soup a great deal well -- I'm glad we ordered extra vegetables - they gave us a ton of baby bok choy!

We love this place and tried some new dishes- #13 Chicken Noodle Soup and had the vegetarian soup base with delicious homemade noodles just right with the plentiful baby bok choy! Having the pan fried noodles with tasty chicken and vegetables and also tried the pirk bun
