• DoorDash orderThe hippie broth is where it's at! It is basically a shoyu broth but with a greater depth of flavor. I wasn't really digging Tatsu's other, creamier broths, and I'm so glad I tried the Hippie Ramen. That's my new go-to when I feel like spoiling myself with amazing Japanese noodles.
P.S.: TRY IT WITH THE CHEESE. It will make your life better! ;)

• DoorDash orderFood was good, but pretty salty. I added bamboo shoots to my Bold Ramen and they forget them, which isn't the end of the world, but for 3 dollars each you'd expect them to remember the add-ons you ordered.

• DoorDash orderWhile the Cheeky Ramen broth is unique, I wasn't a big fan. In general, I don't like super thick broth, and I'm also really picky about seafood. Seemingly the cheeky broth has shellfish in it, so maybe that's part of what I didn't like about the flavor. The noodles and toppings were great though!
