The hippie broth is where it's at! It is basically a shoyu broth but with a greater depth of flavor. I wasn't really digging Tatsu's other, creamier broths, and I'm so glad I tried the Hippie Ramen. That's my new go-to when I feel like spoiling myself with amazing Japanese noodles. P.S.: TRY IT WITH THE CHEESE. It will make your life better! ;)

Ive never actually been to their storefront and am sick so I ordered Birria Ramen as I have some food allergies. It is on the spicier side and well worth it. Delicious and will order again.
