I love fried fish but there's a lot of fish I don't like. Fortunately, TC's uses Swai as their fish of choice. This is a firm fish with a mild taste that stands up well to the rigor of deep frying.
The menu says six pieces of fish in the Fish Platter but in reality it's much more. I don't care how they count 'em but when they get to me, count 'em gone!

TC's is always seasoned to perfection. They always get the order correct, I've never had a complaint. The portions are huge, I love the eggrolls , crab Rangoon, and fried rice. I haven't made up my mind if I like the Popcorn Shrimp Platter or the Fish Platter better.

Fish Platter was good but one was heavily over salted
Fried Crabmeat is imitation bs...don't recommend
Shrimp was dam good but if it says 1.95 it's only one...gave it to me in a big salad size plate too lol

Fried Drumsticks was prepared well and was great.
The Pork Chop Sandwich had a lot to be desired.
The meat was broken into two little pieces, fried dry and hard.
I cannot recommend it and will definitely not order it again.

Fish was hot and seasoned well. Fried rice was great- hot and fullnof flavor. But the shrimp was cold and dry, This was the 2nd time ordering. 1st time everything was great!
