The yogurt is generally pretty good except I strongly dislike the new oat milk flavors!!!!! 🤔 They're absolutely awful! 😝 I ordered the oat milk latte and after 1 spoonful, I threw out the entire container. I think it was a bad idea for TCBY to jump the oatmilk bandwagon!!! Also, I dislike the over sugary sorbets and the sugar free yogurts. They use Splenda in the NSA flavors which is such a passe artificial sweetener that's worse for the body than regular sugar!
Lastly, if you decide to call the store, you're out of luck. They never answer their phone. The voicemail option to leave a voicemail is a ruse. They never bother listening to any messages!
Caution when ordering delivery. TCBY always barely fills the containers adequately. I ordered a large size yogurt and it was less than 1/2 full. What a rip off!

The best frozen yogurt and so many delicious flavors for people wh like sugar free options, dairy free flavors and a lot of milk based flavors! TCBY Fort Collins has the nicest workers who always excel in customer service! I go there or order from them very often! If you haven't gone there before, I encourage you to give them a try! You won't be disappointed!!!

I ordered one medium and paid extra for one large. The medium And large were the exact same amount of product (per weight) except the large was just in a bigger container.
