For the 2nd time, they made the wrong order for me. I ordered a coffee slush not a coffee latte but they kept delivering the wrong one. I ordered again to give them a chance to correct the mistake but not sure why they cannot delivered what it's shown on their description.

Zero stars. Awful experience and total waste of money. Ordered green matcha waffle- received brown waffle wih zero matcha flavor included. More importantly, the boba tea was the absolute WORST I have ever had which was the whole point of my order. How do you mess up the most basic Thai tea flavor? It tasted like pure water with zero flavor for boba & crystal pearls. This is my 2nd try with this place. Went in last week and ordered a lychee milk tea. Also, no flavor & they were out of boba so ordered crystal pearls w/ lychee jelly- they skipped that. Looks like my review is consistent with others here & Google. Hopefully, they listen.
