When i order a drink with less ice i dont anticipate my drink to be filled with nearly 40% of the bottle. On top of that an option with no ice at all will cost a 1$ extra when ordered. I think this is just ripping off customers in the name of ice. Ihope this will change

Missing item, ordered Lychee shake and orange man oatea. Only the Lychee came. Couldn't report orange man oatea as missing because the lychee shake is the only one came up to report.
