This has got to be the best Boba tea I have ever had! The boba is so fresh, it's still warm and it's the PERFECT consistency. Their tea is excellent quality - tastes like high quality tea. Their presentation is on point - you even get a nice reusable bag when you order multiple items! I find myself continually going back here because it is the best. The Taro Fresh Milk is sooo good, creamy - I add brown sugar Boba to it and it brings it together for me. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea is also amazing. Again, their Boba is the best I've come across. The Fresh Bake Croffls are light, airy and have the perfect crunch to them. Not hard or chewy whatsoever. Add the Nutella... 🤌🏻 Delicious. Love this place. 100% recommend them!

I've already written a review but, I wanted to mention the Matcha Tea Jelly & Earl Grey Tea Jelly - they are soooo delicious! I branched out to try something else here and they did not disappoint. Add on the milk foam & brown sugar boba and it's *chefs kiss* delicious. I'll order them from now on! The consistency at Ten One keeps me coming back. Highly recommend them!

delicious!! we got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk (Boba Included, Decaf) and Brown Sugar Milk Tea (Boba Included) - both were superb and the tapioca had just the right consistency. This spot will definitely be our new top pick for bubble tea!!

One of the best Bubble Teas I ever had. Delivery was also very safe, the cup came in a cupholder and everything was in a very cute thermo bag, so the tea doesn't get warm next to the hot food you might have ordered as well.
