delicious!! we got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk (Boba Included, Decaf) and Brown Sugar Milk Tea (Boba Included) - both were superb and the tapioca had just the right consistency. This spot will definitely be our new top pick for bubble tea!!

One of the best Bubble Teas I ever had. Delivery was also very safe, the cup came in a cupholder and everything was in a very cute thermo bag, so the tea doesn't get warm next to the hot food you might have ordered as well.
