Ordered 20 tenders and some fries; both seasoned well, good flavor. Signature sauces I ordered werent included so cant say if those were good, and also ordered a cookie which shows is chocolate chip but was oatmeal raisin.

food is a waste of money, tenders are very small and laking of flavor. the fries arent even good and the cookies taste absolutely horrible. save yourself time and money.

The quality in the chicken & sauces have gone down over the last few months. I miss the shake shack sauce and the ranch is now bland

Chicken is very subpar and hard to chew. Barely any sauce and not spicy at all. Tenders are very small so your basically eating bread.
