The Chicken Fried Steak was great, but my husband did not like the Grilled Pork Chop- Double or the Key Lime Pie . I really liked the Coconut Cream Pie .

The Chopped Steak 8 oz and Coconut Cream Pie were both tasty. Only complaint was the biscuit that accompanied the entree was inedible because it was not fully baked.

Texan Cafe & Pie Shop hits it out of the park. The Chicken Fried Steak is the best I've had locally and their Oreo Cookie Pie . I'm not a pie person in general, but their pie is perfect and the crust is so flaky and moist, they could totally convert me from all other desserts.

Normally, this restaurant hits it out of the park, but they forgot my side of gravy, so a little disappointed with that. Also, the sweet potato needed some butter or something, it was just plain. It won't stop me from ordering again, because the pie is AMAZING!

The batter on the oysters was delicious, as was the tarter sauce. The carrots were also good.
The Chicken fried steak sandwich was also really good.
We haven't eaten the pies yet, but they look good.
