Petite filet was very undercooked on both of our orders . We ordered medium, not rare. Rolls were inedible and stale, clearly left over for from the day before or longer. Very disappointed. We order from you all almost weekly and are usually very pleased. This was very poor though this time .

Everything was quite flavorful but the cooked temp of the meat was way passed rare/medium rare for the Flank Steak but the Chimichurri did help bring it to life. I do understand that it can continue to cook in transit depending on when it was boxed up. Sautéed Mushrooms were excellent!

The problem is not the food. It tastes great. The problem is that they don't label anything on a group order and it is a total mess because you cannot tell the difference in the cook of the meat or the kind of meat. And even if you ask for medium rare their chefs must not know what that is because they never cook it that way. Disappointing they can't be more organized and get the orders correct for the price.
