If there’s one place that knows how to do steak, it’s Brazil. No wonder, then, that Texas de Brazil, channeling the authentic churrasco style of Brazil’s best steakhouses, has quickly become a local f…
The flank steak was impressive. It was perfectly medium rare and retained much of its juices and moisture. The sausage was pretty good---not too salty, with some sweetness to the bite. I combined the cabbage slaw with the different vinaigrette salsa, which elevated the side dish.

The meat was well-cooked. The portion sizes were fine for the price, although I would've liked more meat on the ribs. Cucumber salad was ok but nothing special. The mashed potatoes and rolls were good.

For a Brazilian steakhouse, this location was subpar. ALL of the meats were dry, like they were under a heat lamp for too long. The petite filet was perfect, but the Lamb, pork loin, and chicken was dry and chewy. NOT what I expected for 100$ worth of meats. The mashed potatoes had enough garlic to destroy an entire army of vampires. overpowered. The Mushrooms were quite good. I saved most of them to eat with petite filet and eggs Monday morning for breakfast. In future I won't bother with the other meats. I'll just go with petite filet and Filet Mignon. packaging was pretty solid. The meats were seasoned well and had they been cooked correctly, they'd have tasted good also. I think I'll make my own sides and stick to the steak going forward. I will make use of the meats somehow but for the cost, this place wasn't any better quality than Outback.

The filet mignon was TERRIBLE! Of five pieces, four were very gristly, and tough…not like filet at all.
