Brisket is absolutely perfect! Brisket is sliced thin. The full 1lb brisket is 95% brisket with some fat. Worth every penny. Last timebought 2 pound and had leftovers for 2 days! All side types for all side lovers. Pasta salad, Potato Salad, coleslaw, okra, broc and cheese casserole and fries are excellent.

Combo #3 Fantastic as always. Big portion. Amazing fall of the bone ribs, sausage has a good crisp bite and flavorful, pulled pork has great smoke flavor... and the rolls are like heaven. Always fresh. My go to for great bbq

I had the Frito Pie and it was delicious. It also came with sour cream and was a good size with lots of melted cheese. I also can never pass up broccoli cheese rice. This was super cheesy. The peach cobbler was a good mix of fruit to crust. I will order again!

Ordered the Combo #3 Sausage, pork loin & brisket. received pork ribs instead of brisket, but the ribs were phenomenal, pork loin was moist and super tender, Sausage was juicy & meaty. Now the roll... OMG!!! that roll was one of the most delicious things I've ever put in my mouth. warm soo very very light & fluffy, just the right amount of sweet and yeasty... drools 🤤 got mac & cheese and broccoli cheese as sides, both were hot, fresh, and ever so cheesy.
