As always, Thai Castle delivers the most consistent, amazing experience of any restaurant we visit. This is not hyperbole! Whether dining in or taking out, the service is top notch and the food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. The Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice are family favorites, but the orange chicken when ordered spicy is a delight!

Truly wonderful every time I get it. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly prepared, the vegetables are crisp, and the meat is excellent as well.
They also don't douse the dishes in sauce like some Thai places do. Instead, they know it's best to let the ingredients shine and let the sauce serve as a complement to the spices.

The basil fried rice that I ordered was surprisingly good. Love the taste of basil. I really wanted to order the spring rolls but they don't offer until dinner time. I got fried tofu instead, it was alright. Overall five stars for the restaurant.

Pad Thai was great! Medium is generally my heat threshold, so that's what I ordered. This is a little spicier than other mediums I've had, but not so spicy that you can't taste your food. Will definitely order from here again!
