• DoorDash orderPad Thai tastes like the kind I enjoyed daily in Phuket and Nong Khai, Thailand, which was in Isaan and iwonder if 'E San' is 'Isaan' northern Thailand perhaps. Anyway Pad Thai with shrimp was excellent and perfect spice level!
