• DoorDash reviewIf I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online for That Burger Joint, only to arrive and find out that THEY ARE CLOSED. I did it on their official website, and received no notification that they were closed. Was told that they can’t do a refund until they are open again and also told that it was my fault for ordering on the website and not calling. Ironically, when I called the number for the place the voicemail says they strongly recommend you place orders online. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this That burger joint and Oberwiese. The staff is rude, obnoxious and completely unhelpful, yet they seem to be overstaffed with most of them just standing around doing nothing. Every time we’ve ordered shakes here which is only been three times the quality is completely different. and they’re either completely overwhelmed on the inside of the building, or for some odd reason it’s randomly closed and only the drive-through lane is open. I’m never going to this place again. it is completely mismanaged.

• DoorDash reviewThe food was delicious so no issues there. I'm leaving this review to help this business. It's the presentation and food handling that needs serious work. The bag came unsealed, meaning anyone can help themselves to my fries which were only 80% filled in the container. I have no way of knowing if they've been handled. Every other dash order I get has some sort of seal on the bag. This needs to be addressed or customers will stop ordering. It's just unappetizing.
