What the PHO ( Rare Steak&Brisket)) was okay but the meat was sent in the broth which ended up overcooking it to my taste. Not a bad thing but the noodles are quite a bit thicker than the rice noodles in other establishments.
Saigon Spring Roll were awesome.
Popcorn Chicken Bites had no flavor, would've been great in a sandwich or salad but not on its own.

I love the pho but it would make it even better if the rare meat was packed separately instead in the broth.

This may become a new favorite. The packaging is well done and much appreciated. I have uses other Pho restaurants and received a sloppy mess. This was done right! My family loved the noodles!

Egg rolls were nice and crispy, and the unPHOgettable (chicken) was delicious even without adding anything in. Not too oily, and loved the noodle texture/thickness. My friend recommended Alley Noodle Bar and so glad we tried it! Cant wait to try the OMG Banh Mee Plz! and fried rice later.
