Everything here is always on point! The bagels are always soft and fresh NEVER old or hard. Me and my husband order from whenever we can, breakfast lunch even dinner- so far 1 time I had an issue with accidental burnt bagel and a replacement was sent ASAP!

I know it was early in the morning, but the bacon on the Bacon Egg & Cheese was completely burnt and crumbled. Ridiculous for $7.50.
Buttered roll had an inedible amount of butter on it.

The Oreo cream cheese on the bagel was almost non existent. For the price of it there should be more than it being barely visible on the bagel. Bec was yummy. Bacon was nice and crispy.

I got a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was literally wet from top to bottom. It looked like it was dipped in water. The cream cheese was whipped and flavorless. The only good thing about my order was the iced coffee. It was pretty decent. Very disappointed with the bagel. Barely ate it.
