This was by far the BEST ice cream sandwich I've ever had from here or anywhere!! Thank you to whomever made it!! It was the Funfetti cookie with the always delicious Brambury crumble iceream (I think I spelled the first bit of the name wrong 🤦🏻♀️ you'll just have to go look and try it! It does NOT disappoint:) then my bottom cookie was a Snickerdoodle.. which are my all time fav cookies. Well, they make all their cookies fresh out of the oven to order.. amazing, right? I've had Snickerdoodle's from everywhere and these are truly some of the best.. like my #2, the top went to handmade in Norway. Then, I had sprinkles and mini chocolate chips on the sides of it and for the first time.. this amazing ice cream sandwich maker put some of the mini chocolate chips on the bottom of my top Funfetti cookie. WOW!! It elevated it so much! You are a genius.. lol. Thank you!

Baked Bear offers a delightful cookie experience! The cookies are absolutely delicious; fresh, chewy, and perfectly baked. When they ran out of chocolate chip cookies, they left the cutest handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's clear they care about their customers and the quality of their treats. Highly recommend!

Both cookies making up my icecream sandwich were absolutely heavenly! I ordered one White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookie and the other was the Monster cookie which I wasn't sure the ingredients. It's Blue and looks good.. they keep what's in it a mystery.. I was so happy that I'd ordered it as soon as I took a bite! Wow, so delicious!! It surpassed my expectations.
The icecream I got in the middle was the vanilla with raspberry ribbons.. it is incredible! Unfortunately, there wasn't much in it. That's the only bad thing I can say about getting the icecream sandwich. They also put it in the container with one of the cookies on the bottom, then the icecream and another cookie on top. The poor bottom cookie becomes kinda pasty since the icecream starts melting into it. You'd think it would taste even better. The top cookie with the icecream is amazing.. the second, not so much.
It's too bad they can't figure out a much better method of packing it To-Go. The other places that have icecream sandwich's like this pack it in a ideal way so you can actually take a bite of it. Here.. you can only pick up the first cookie and dip it in the icecream. Then eat enough to reach the bottom cookie. So, it's not really an.. ' Icecream sandwich. Which is interesting since it's this places specialty.
These issues are why I didn't give it 5 stars.

I absolutely loved the bear batter! Try the cookies too! I got the Cookie Monster cookie, butter cake cookie, peanut butter Nutella cookie, the vegan gluten-free chocolate chip cookie (best I ever had). Best decision I ever made!

Im addicted to this place. EVERYTHING you order is so freaking delicious. Cake batter cookies are definitely my fave. Dont skip on the ice cream!!!
