have had in the past and remebered big slice being very good, but i recently ordered 3 of Mom's Cookies x2. i opened it up to see under-baked gross cookies with one is missing, so i called the store. the man who answered the phone was very rude and did not feel bad in the slightest for their mistake. "i don't know, i guess we could've checked again" is what he said when i told them the situation... crazy if you ask me. enjoy the 2 stars!
