Buckwheat flour is milled from whole buckwheat with hulls and husk intact. The hulls adds dark flex to the flour adding to the nutrients and wonderful flavor. Buckwheat is not related to wheat it is s distantly related to the rhubarb family and is gluten-free. All served with arugula salad.
These crepes are made with organic wheat flour. All served with whipped cream and fruit garnish.
