Burger patty could be cooked more. Kinda pricey too

seem to have lost the purpose of each burger, the "feel the burn one coming with 5 layers of lettuce that render any bad buffalo or whatever weak hot sauce they used, kindergaten level. Along with the mad mor mozza? just ending with badly baked cheeks stick and an underperforming basicc burger.

This place is over rated. Nothing special about the burgers I ordered. I think I get better flavor at Carl's Jr. or R Burger. They messed up my orders too.
I order two "make it my own" burgers and they mixed them up. I ordered mine without onions ( I can't stand onions), mayo, bacon, cheese and an extra patty. My wife ordered sautéed onions and dry, meaning NO dressing at all, dry buns. Well, she got my bacon and my mayo and they added raw red onions to hers. I got her sautéed onions and dry bun. We fixed our burgers but when you've had a busy day and you're ready to have a quiet dinner together and this happens, it can drink down your mood. 
This was the first time trying The Burger Den and we were looking forward to the food. We even read some other reviews, but we are greatly disappointed with how our order was. We won't order from here any time soon.

Wow this burger was dry. I like mine saucy and messy. Just could have had more flavor.
