Disappointing. Food was cold. No pickles on kid Just For Kids Burger as requested. Both burgers needed mustard (not included) and ketchup.

Burger Den is not a real restaurant. It is Dennys masquerading as a different company, just like they do as the Melt Down, apparently. Bait and Switch is NOT appreciated. They refused to answer the phone for me or DD agent. Guy at the counter was very rude and short with my Dasher - wouldn't answer his questions or even check to find out answers. Dasher was asking about my order because I have food allergies. They also refused to cook my burger in the way I wanted.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

FYI, this is Denny's. The burgers were good, but dry, and there were no condiments given. Drink selection was extremely limited. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. Again, no ketchup or anything. The Cake Batter Milk Shake did not taste like cake batter. Just vanilla with sprinkles. It has potential for sure. Just needs better execution.
