My burger was so salty ketchup couldn't even drown it out, definitely won't be ordering from here again

this is $67 dollars of food. I ordered Mad for Mozza Burger and got no mozza. this place is no longer worth its price for product. YOU CAN DO BETTER than this restaurant. I was a long time customer but I will not be ordering again

did NOT receive my milkshake nor my root beer. Me not receiving my drinks via door dash has been more than just this instance. I was told there was no milkshake from the delivery guy. however, where's my root beer? I paid for both.
