Local Burger was cold and chewy, none of the extra pings I payed for were in and I wasnt given an explanation. 1 thin slice of lettuce was laying next to the burger, no tomatoes, no ketchup, mayo, mustard on the buns or in the bag. I'm very disappointed because I know this restraint has great food and the service has been amazing when ive eaten in person they simply dont care about to go orders

Normally food is good. Burgers were over cooked, some even burnt.

The Elotes burger I ordered was surprisingly dry, and the bun quite burnt. Usually in store their burgers are great though.
