I was missing two items from my order (the Mudcake Quarter and the cookie of the COOKIE OF THE MONTH: Peanut Butter Honey Loaded Cookie) and had to ask doordash for a refund. I got 3 of the cookies. I got red velvet, hazelnut and Caramel Delight Loaded Cookie. The Caramel Delight Loaded Cookie and red velvet cookies were raw in the middle, so much so they stuck to the container and were bending in on themselves when you picked them up.
Not the greatest experience.

The cheesecake box was dirty from the outside, probably the worst part of the order. Even though I love the mud cakes, the Passionfruit Mango cheesecake didn't taste good at all. The taste was artificial and too sweet with no hint of real mangoes.

The Velvet Lammingtons seemed to have been frozen. Within 12 hours the coating went soggy and the cake texture wasn't great. Very, very expensive. Been avoiding for years due to their prices.

Certainly not the cakes they used to be. So disappointed in the Black Forrest. it was just a plain chocolate cake with pink stuff on the top not the delicious dark multi layered cake of yesterday. Cutting costs is an understatement. The besting was nicer but still not the quality The Cheesecake shop was known for. All the good ones are gone or drastically changed. A big disappointment. Better desserts elsewhere.
