First time trying chiken shack and iloved the #1. Buffalo Chicken Fries it was just the perfect amount of sauces, chicken, and fries will most definitely will be getting it again. I also loved the chicken #5. 12 pc Shack Bites Combo I got the flavor called heaven and it was really good loved the kick to it and the bites were bigger than i thought they were going to be.

This store use to have some amazing portion sizes. The chicken strips use to be huge. Now they are about half the size they were. Same applies to the wings. You can get bigger wings at a pizza place. Which is a shame because big pieces was kind of their thing. Their sauces are still amazing though!

So, I've never had a problem with this place but I must have gotten a bad batch or they got a new guy cooking. I had like 6 *Wings* that were just crunchy bits of breading and the chicken didn't even seem seasoned at all.

The buffalo chicken fries used to be bigger, when I first started buying them back in 2016 it filled the whole plate, now it's a smaller tray. Still good but I'm disappointed with the portion cut. Other restaurants will do a full plate, usually cheaper too

I wish they gave more ranch. Barely fill half of the tiny cup they give. I'm already paying $18 for one plate of food from them, the least they could offer is a second or bigger ranch so I get more than 3 dips of my chicken
