This place is so bad. I decided to give it another try because I thought maybe I had went at a bad time, but no my bagel was rock hard once again and they didn't give me everything I ordered. Overpriced as well. I don't know how anyone enjoys them.

Cortado is damn near perfect.
Iced Caramel Apple Iced Caramel Apple Chai I liked, but I somehow missed that it's not a latte. That's on me!
