love it! so glad oat milk is available and the strawberry matcha cream latte is awesome

I wanted to like this place but it's not consistent and twice my order was missing items or made wrong ex:ask for whip its on the print out yet no whip.. The tea taste like they make it in the same place they make coffee which raises a issue with cleanliness. The cookie batter flavor has no flavor other than plain coffee- they have good matcha but other than that I would not waste my time.
