I LOVEEEE love love Coffee By Hand!! Everytime I would go there, it's always filled with the most liveliest of energies. But since I am stuck at home, I can't go to emerce myself within that. BUT good thing they have doordash and as always they deliver excellent service. The coffee was amazing and they are generous with my special whipped cream. Thank you team at Coffee By Hand!!

One item I ordered, the New York cheesecake was unavailable. Someone from the store called me and asked me what I wanted to do. Other places usually just cancel the item. I appreciate that level of customer service.

6 Mini Fish Bread is yummy, so is the rice cakes. Only complaint is that one time I ordered the New york, and got an iced coffee instead. Guess they were out? Would have appreciated a cancel, since I'm not a big coffee person.
