One item I ordered, the New York cheesecake was unavailable. Someone from the store called me and asked me what I wanted to do. Other places usually just cancel the item. I appreciate that level of customer service.

6 Mini Fish Bread is yummy, so is the rice cakes. Only complaint is that one time I ordered the New york, and got an iced coffee instead. Guess they were out? Would have appreciated a cancel, since I'm not a big coffee person.
