The cookies are very average and grossly over priced. They are pretty small for being $4-6 a piece. Bristol Farms "The Cookie" are only $3.50 each and are better tasting and 3 times the size of Cookie Element. There cookies and Two S'mores Brownies are better then crumble! I would recommend this place a million times! I had a minor issue and there coustomer service is amazing.

Amazing!!! We ordered the Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Kit! If you order on Monday or Thursday, they have fresh gluten free, and they were happy to substitute a few of the cookies gluten free and they packaged them separately. We LOVE this amazing cookie shop! They are definitely the best, super accommodating and always perfect!!
