Our Genuine Gourmet Cookies start with real ingredients: cracked eggs, real butter and other premium ingredients. We never use shortening, oils, or margarine (that are sometimes common in other bakeries.) Our cookies are never frozen and made from scratch daily. They are baked continuously throughout the day, so they are fresh just out of the oven.
