This is quite literally the best burger I have ever had. I'm only in Palo Alto one more night and I'm getting it again.

I have been ordering the bison burger because the Cupertino Counter ones were so good. How ever I can’t say the same about the Mtn View ones which are charred and dry even when pink inside. Very disappointing.

The 1/3 lb burgers come out really well when delivered on DoorDash. However, this is now the second time that I've ordered a half pound burger cooked medium and it comes raw in the middle. We ordered two of them in our meal this time and both were raw and I have to cook them more. I like good medium rare burgers, but this is absolutely raw!

There was just no BANG I get it. It's just a burger meal, but there was no hassle to it.
For example. The meat was not cooked as requested. It had too much pink. The pomm-lemonade was carbonated. What's up with that? The tots? Well there tots just no jazz for the price So for the above reasons and including there was not straws and no napkins. I decided not to order from this restaurant again.

The herbed goat cheese is delicious. I got gluten free bun to try, but it fell apart on first bite. If you're doing low fodmap, use the sourdough bread. It worked much better.
