I paid extra for white chicken and got dark. The restaurant is so hard up for money that I was charged for silverware, but didn't get them. $4 for coleslaw, and I got two bites. I'm pretty sure my chicken had been sitting on the buffet for at least 30 minutes too. Well played Pizza Ranch.

Horrible Quality food!! Chicken over cooked It was like rock couldn't even eat it!! Plus they got the order wrong !!! I won't be getting food from them again

Chicken seems like it was cooked in old oil or for too long. Has burnt taste to skin, chicken itself has okay flavor. Same goes for fries. Not worth the $$$, get KFC or something else instead.
