The order was not ready. After order placement, I called ahead to ask for a specific request and was told that you had my order and would fulfill my request. However, when I arrived at pickup time, I was told that you didn't have my order and the order had not even been started. This delayed the pickup by another 20 minutes. In addition, a part of the order was missing, and I had to return to get it. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
