The New York Steak & 3 Eggs was tender and tasty, and very filling, but Embers seems to have run out of any condiments and utensils. Second time it's happened. Also, the eggs were almost hard cooked instead of over easy. They used to be better than that. But the steak was perfect.

No flavor to eggs or bacon. 2 large pancakes were good. Suppled syrup was yuck. No utensils or napkin. Bacon was not flat but rolled up like packing tape. Won't order again.

The steak was dry and burnt. The potatoes were overseasoned and the eggs were overcooked. It seems like who prepared the meal didn't care.

Weve had hit or miss with the Embers and were not quite sure why. This last time though was pretty good. Ordered the Ribeye Rib Eye Steak medium rare and it was close but really was cooked to medium. But it was smoky and tasted alright and nothing a little salt didnt fix. The mashed potatoes and gravy were really good too. We also odered the Ribs & Fried Chicken Combo. The ribs are very charred almost hard and the fried chicken was cooked nicely but just lacks flavor and I really dont understand how anyone doesn't salt to the outside of the potato before baking it? I wanna eat my potato skin so salt it already!
