On the positive side, the chicken fingers were fresh, plentiful, and tasty, and the hot honey and Feed Sack sauce were tasty too. Now for the negative, the fries were a little less tasty and the promised coleslaw was missing. Also, I had to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time (for a total of 50 min.) and the hostess wasn't very friendly or professional. The second time I asked her to please check on my order, she came back and said they were very busy and the manager was "dealing with the kitchen." When I asked when to expect my order she responded that, "well, THEY ordered a bunch of different sauces and extras" and pretty much rolled her eyes until I told her that I wasn't a Dasher, I was the customer! The manager finally came out with the box with the chicken fingers, fries, the two sauces, and the side of pimento cheese spread that was all offered for ordering online, which is why I innocently ordered it! I haven't seen a restaurant in a long time that was thrown by such a simple order. The manager handed me the little pimento cheese cup and asked if that was what I wanted. I confirmed that yep, that was it, just the little $.50 scoop on the side for my chicken. Then he insisted I wait for him to go get a pimento cheese dip that was much better, and perfect for dipping fries. He promised, "30 seconds," so I waited. Then I drove the 20 minutes home, and was surprised when I opened the larger "pimento cheese dip" cup, and it was half full of some sort of semi-curdled liquid, which I know, because I took a small taste. Not good. The Feed Sack is supposedly popular. Not sure if I'll try it again.
