The flowers were beautiful. Excellent quality. I had to cancel the first order due to putting in the wrong street. It wouldnt let me switch addresses. They didnt refund my order, id of been happy with even half a refund. I feel like that was wrong. These are expensive. Just be aware

The roses are gorgeous. I marked the order AS A GIFT. It would have been great to know you include the sales receipt, which was delivered to the recipient along with the flowers! I never would have imagined this was your practice.
