Poor quality roses. Not sure if they were just getting rid of the old roses for door dash or if all their flowers are dying but I would have been better off door dashing flowers from a grocery store. Would have been 1/4 of the price and better quality.

The packaging is very nice. I ordered a Magical Mixed Roses Bouquet (12ct) for a sympathy gift and a toy for my nephew and they took the time to place the toy in a gift bag. The presentation was very nice and I am very happy with the quality of the gifts they delivered to my family.

Unprepared for Mother's day, offers cards as gifts but refused to fill it out. Some people are sending gifts from out of town and there is really no support or communication to dashers. My order was reassigned due to lack of communication. The flowers are beautiful, this is more about the experience as a gift aspect, which is how this store is marketed.
