It's disappointing that the croutons and crispy onions were left off my salad for the third time. Sometimes the beets are missing, too, but not today. The food is always fresh and tastes good, but it's not what I ordered. It's not much fun to start my meal already feeling let down.

The salad has iceberg lettuce which wasnt chosen the lettuce is wet and slimy looking. It seems like it was frozen and thawed out. The mushrooms are not fresh. The beets have a weird consistency.
