"Short-Stack" Cookies used to be great. Under-done last two orders.. What gives?

The Cobb salad is substantial and my favorite! The crispiness of the fried chicken in it makes it perfect and it has a great amount of avocado and grilled corn. Willbe ordering this regularly

First time trying this place. Had the Peruvian Style Roasted 1/2 Chicken and it was good. Came with a little (very little) side of greens and a dressing, corn tortillas and cilantro sauce. It was good but it left me wanting more. I don't think I would get it again but I will try somethingelse next time. .
