I cook and bake, however I have never taken the time to bake my own sourdough. It's a long process, but I love to eat sourdough bread. The Ginger's Bread & Co caught my eye, because I always support another ginger, and one that makes sourdough. I was a little surprised by the 24 hour notice, however it was sooooo worth the wait! OMG the pimento cheese scones... melt in your mouth delicious. Make you want to slap your momma! Would be great with a hot bowl of tomato soup. Lord have mercy! These folks know what they are doing.
