The ice cream was freezer burnt and tasted old. I got 3 ben and jerrys they were all freezer burnt and had huge ice chunks all in the ice cream, disgusting. It tasted like old shaved ice I had to throw them all away.

Out of Phish Food again. Or are they? Also, one of my substitute flavor requests is "Topped Salted Caramel Brownie". I have had this flavor several times. I took plenty of pictures so I can show the manufacturer, but this topped ice cream is not topped. It's supposed to have a thick layer of chocolate ganache with peanut butter cups on the top of the ice cream. It's the very first thing you see when you open the lid. The entire top is not there. The ice cream starts about a half to three-quarter inches down from the top because that's the area usually occupied by the chocolate. I don't know how they could've missed it but I don't think this is a store issue I think this is a manufacturer issue. I will forward the pictures and receipt etc. to Ben & Jerry customer service. Very odd to see this. And yes, the ice cream was sealed with the traditional plastic seal.

Out of Phish Food AGAIN. This is a liquor store. Don't expect great service from this guy! He also closes randomly. Should have been 11pm and I ordered at 9: 50pm. DD sent FOUR Dashers. They all made it there. Then it said they're on the way here with my order, then poof, gone from screen. Four times! That means all 4 DDs never bothered to report the store closed. This guy at the liquor store really doesn't care. Go elsewhere and skip this dude.
