Brisket was okay. We asked for lean and it was pretty dry, but still had fat on it. We always get lean brisket at bbq places and it's not this dry. Beans were like a soup. Coleslaw has a very strong vinegar flavor. Sweet bbq sauce was not good at all, had an odd flavor and I can't figure out what it was.

Best Southern Fried Chicken Tender Plate with Fries in town. And you will not find better Buttermilk Fried Okra with Georgia White Sauce in the south. Okra cooked perf and I could drink the Ga White Sauce by itself

Food came well stored, fast, and hot. The brisket was so tender and juicy. The only thing the brisket is missing is a sweet sauce. Mac n cheese is ok. The corn is disgusting---not the southern style creamed corn that im use to or as described, and I bought 16oz. The corn is more of a southwest soupy dish with minimal corn in it. The baked beans aren't good as is---I added agave nectar and that made them edible for me. They taste very apple cider forward. All in all, I will only purchase meat from here. Standing ovation for the Barbacoa Brisket Sandwich with House Pork Rind and BBQ Pork Sandwich with House Pork Rinds
