I double -dashed my order yesterday and each one had an error, got the wrong drink from Italian Place, but I chose to overlook it because they have been a long time family favorite all the way back to their earlier years in Provo and we always make an effort to stop in when family comes back through town and the sandwich was just as awesome as always anyway!

I was really disappointed with the amount of black pepper they use on the meat. Really too much and no real point of reference to educate the customer. Bottom line: If you don't care for black pepper this is not a good choice.

i have never gotten a meal so wrong. my drink came in a kids cup?? the sandwhich is really really small and dry, and they dont serve garlic bread anymore, but its still on their menu??
