They missed chips 1 time and they write my an apology letter with a gluten free brownie! Shows they truly care about their customers! Thank you!

• DoorDash orderUsually I don’t leave bad reviews but unfortunately I feel obligated after yesterday’s experience. I’ve been a fan of The Marketplace Cafe since they first opened in Pittsfield. I ordered the veggie burger and when I received it, the bun was rock hard, it almost broke my tooth biting into it. The burger was also so poorly made, just quickly thrown together. I called marketplace to let them know and the person that answered the phone, had no business doing so to be honest, very poor customer service. I let him know I just got my order and the bun to my burger is rock hard. The person on the phone said “oh the toaster must of went crazy on yours, sorry about that.” Then he said well idk what i can be doing for you, i said apparently nothing, i guess im letting you know so no one else ends up with a burger or sandwich rock hard too. Just that response was odd to me- he did not offer to remake my sandwich, refund me or even care that I had to throw the whole thing away. On top of that, the pickle was SO old, it literally bent right in half. The whole experience was terrible.

• DoorDash orderMy BLT was good except bacon over cooked. The Maggie May I was told bread was hard. chicken no flavor. same with the ooh Mexico. we are people who usually love you guys. Not today. Hope will good like usual next time
